Ten encuenta en espacio en el que estés, no es lo mismo estudiar en la mesa de tu comedor, que estudiar acostado en tu cama con el celular, ademas siempre puedes guiar tus lecturas colocando una voz como loquendo o parecidos, con el texto que quieres leer, y tu vas siguiendo la lectura.

Si te quedas dormido al pretender estudiar es que tu cuerpo requiere descanso. Si tu cuerpo requiere descanso, descansa.

Ahora, si ya tuviste el descanso suficiente y sigue sucediendo, entonces lo que está pasando es que el resto de tus hábitos al estudiar son inadecuados para conseguir aprendizaje satisfactorio de tus horas dedicadas a esta actividad.

Considera esto: Iluminación suficiente (sobre todo no menos de la necesaria),

temperatura un poco menos que cómoda (si sientes "calorcito rico" te vas a dormir o distraer, 18 a 20 grados centígrados);

no comas antes de ponerte a estudiar, el cerebro y el estómado compiten por sangre para pensar y digerir (si acaso una golosina),

no realices actividad física extenuante antes de estudiar (deportes u otra),

cuida tu estado corporal (si te duele el estómago o una muela, arregla eso y después estudia);

no pongas música estridente de fondo, de preferencia en silencio o música instrumental tranquila (busca en el canal Musicoterapia de YT), si es necesario consigue y usa unos protectores auditivos;

en tu mesa de estudio ten solo lo necesario para tu actividad, no más;

hidrátate.

Aplicando estas medidas, seguro mejorará tu rendimiento como estudiante.

Se llama el fenómeno de la palabra malentendida. Tienes que regresar a renglón donde sentías que no estabas comprendiendo y busca esa palabra. Normalmente es una palabra corta o que nunca habías visto. Busca el significado de esta palabra en un diccionario. El mejor diccionario es el que dice la definición y te pone una oración donde ves la palabra en contexto. Haz 10 oraciones mentales utilizando dicha palabra por cada definición que encotraste. Regresa a tu lectura donde te quedaste y vuelve leer el renglón.

Puede que el motivo de que te duermas sea el que no tienes una necesidad, por ejemplo si quisieras ayudar a alguien que está enfermo estudiarlas medicina y el querer ayudar a esa persona seria una motivación para aplicarte en los estudios y no dormirte. No es lo mismo hacer fotos y elegir después la que más te guste para un concurso que "ver" en tu imaginación lo que quieres hacer y llevarlo a cabo, lo segundo da más premios que lo primero, el ver las cosas antes de realizarlas ayuda a conseguir los objetivos. 

Es muy importante el para qué quieres estudiar, si encuentras un buen motivo será más fácil lograrlo y motivarte.

Si no encuentras un motivo para estudiar pero crees que deberías hacerlo entonces hay una manera de conseguir que tengas fuerza de voluntad para ello. En tu pregunta dices "¿No sirvo para estudiar?", Es muy importante lo que vemos en este momento para conseguir lo que queremos, si quieres estudiar y ves que hay obstáculos no luches contra esos obstáculos, simplemente tienes que ver dentro de ti este pensamiento "confío en ti Jesús" y dejar en sus manos el que resuelva esos obstáculos y encuentres motivación para estudiar, es cuestión de tiempo que Jesús te de esa fuerza si confías en El y no te sientes mal por la situación actual, lo mismo puedes hacer para resolver otras situaciones que tengas en tu vida, confía en Jesús y verás como se despejan las situaciones, pero no trates de forzar las cosas para conseguir resultados, cuando Dios nos da su ayuda todo es sencillo porque no tienes que luchar contra una parte de ti que se opone sino que sale de nosotros el hacer las cosas y además con ánimo.

El problema, es porque estudias y al no tener contacto verbal, con alguien te amargas. Por lo que tu caso es muy fácil de resolver. solo debes de leer libros para empezar a penetrar en los estudios, de acuerdo?

-Motivacion: podes usar de motivacion tu futuro o quizas algun objeto o idolo que sea como queres ser y por eso haces la tarea-El ambiente: no tiene que hacer ni mucho calor para dormirse o mucho frio porque mucha ropa hace menos eficiente el estudio, ademas de que el espacio tiene que estar ordenado.-Compania: alguien que te ayude a a estudiar si es que no te guste hacerlo solo o simplemente que este ahi para despabilarte-Fisico: haber comido bien (ni mucho ni poco) y haberse movido como para que circule bien la sangre-Organizacion: Podes elegir el momento del dia en que mejor estes y hacer primero las prioridades (las tareas mas proximas a entregar) Espero que sirva uwur
