I FORMATTED THE USB STICK AND DOWNLOADED ANOTHER WIN 8.1 ISO AND MADE THE USB BOOTABLE AND WHEN I ENTER TO THE SETUO WHEB IS INSTALLING WINDOWS APPEAR THIS ERROR, IS THE FIRST TIME AFTER YEARS IM INSTALLING WINDOWS WITH THE BOOTABLE USB DRIVE, TELL ME WHATS HAPPPEN, HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PLERASE I HAVE TO USE MY OLD PC WITH VGA PORT.

Go to the Microsoft Web Site and download the free Media Creator program. Run it and it will give you an option to create a bootable USB drive that will install the latest version of Windows 10 on your PC for free. As the requirements for 8 and 10 are the same, any computer that can run Windows 8 will also run Windows 10. Why would you want to put on a version of Windows that Microsoft no longer supports or updates?
