Will the negotiations with Iran increase or decrease the probability of war?

History has shown negotiations with Iran mean nothing but one side ignorantly thinking they've done something good, while Iran thinking....what idiots.

Hopefully decrease. What is the alternative? Blast them off the face of the earth?? Israel has every reason to be worried .

The deal leaves Iran with a substantial nuclear capability, but about a year away from a bomb’s worth of fissile material.
