On the new version of YA, how are deleted questions indicated in our own lists?

On the old version, deleted questions in our own lists (Watchlist, Starred list, My Questions list) were indicated by being greyed back and unclickable, or had a line through them (mobile).

Now, the greyed back option seems to mean we've already CLICKED on a question.

I know I have deleted questions on my Watchlist, my "Following" list, and my own questions list, but they all appear to be "normal" and clickable. I can't see / tell that they are deleted unless I click ON them and get the "deleted question" message. Is this a glitch or another "feature"?

Because this means a person now can't tell that their question has been deleted for some reason unless they attempt to access it. Is that really the case?

For your own deleted question you should see the word "deleted" just above the question, or at least that was what I saw when looking at my own list of questions today. When I deleted from my Watchlist today, the questions disappeared immediately. But I haven't yet figured out how to tell if a question was deleted by Yahoo (or the asker) that's on my watchlist. I was sure some would be, but they were all clickable, thus viewable. It wouldn't make sense if they were deleted, that they can still be viewed... but then again, a lot of things don't make sense with this new layout. I suspect in that instance, there must be a glitch.

The image below wasn't really necessary, but since I haven't been able to include images, I keep trying. But that is an example of a question I deleted.
