Why does my PC recognize the songs on my 80gb classic iPod, but the iPod doesn't have any songs?
Is if the iPod has all it's memory erased, but my PC "sees" all the songs in the iPod, now I cannot play any song, because "looks like" there are NO songs in it...What's going on?

The thing about Ipods is that you need to use iTunes to get the songs in there. Download itunes, import all your songs, then sync your ipod and it should all b in there. GL!

its probably on the disk side of it, like not on the music side. the pc would notice them but the iPod wouldnt. go into iTunes and see if "disk mode" is activated.
