IDK what s wrong with me. I m supposed to get a blood test tomorrow morning.

So I started taking Ortho TriClyn Lo when I was 17 and immediately got off of it a month later because it caused me to gain like 20 pounds in a matter of weeks. I got back on Microgestin FE1/20 again about 2 and a half years ago after telling my doctor about my problems 3 years prior. I went to get a refill recently and they put me on Glidess FE 1/20 because microgestin was discontinued. Ever since i started taking birth control my sex drive has gone down and now on this new one its even lower. To the point where sex doesn't interest me at all and put on weight again. This is not normal for me. I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for about 2 years now and he said he is okay with me getting off of it he actually doesn't like that I take birth control. I took a plan b this week and it has also continued to deteriorate my body. I've broken out really bad I've been spotting on and off for like a week. I just want to stop the hormones all together and go back to having a normal cycle. I don't need a baby either but I know my boyfriend will be there for me no matter what happens. I just want to want him like I am supposed to. I feel bad that I haven't even been interested in the past month or so. I love him to death and these pills are ruining me. Should I get off. Should I try an IUD, just use condoms, throw caution to the wind, idk, but I hate these stupid things.

A few weeks ago I was using dating websites just out of boredom. I was getting screwed over left and right by guys. So I was talking to 1 of my best friends about my bad luck with guys. She told me she had a friend for me. He took me on a date the next day. At first it was pretty awkward because we never met nor knew anything about each other. Literally a blind date. He took me to get sushi, we went to the beach, had coffee, went mini golfing and then we went to our mutual friends house to play video games and drink a beer. When I went home I talked to him on facebook and he told me he felt like I was holding back. We hung out the following night and I just went to his house and we watched adult swim. I spent the night. The next weekend I wanted to hang out with him again. Honestly I was under the impression that we were just going to hook up, but he wanted to take me out again. I asked him a few nights ago just to make sure " If he wanted me for more than just sex" and he replied with "Well Yeah, Of course. " He is always talking about future things for us to do.

Sometimes he texts me constantly, and other times not at all. I am usually first to initiate the texts and sometimes he doesn't respond. I got the information back 2 days ago and found out I have Chlamydia. I went back to planned parenthood yesterday and got treated for it. I am emotionally torn my ex cheated on me with a minor and gave me an STD. I am a Christian girl. I have values and morals. I have standards.
